Saanich Peninsula

Saanich Peninsula encompasses the areas of Sidney, Central Saanich and North Saanich. Central Saanich itself is divided into the micro communities of Saanichton, Brentwood Bay and Keating. 

The region known for its farmland and agriculture. Farmstands dot the roads and farmer markets pop up frequently throughout the year. Saanich Peninsula is home to the Victoria International Airport;the BC Ferries terminal to the mainland and Gulf Islands; and the Anacortes Ferry to Washington state. Locals love being able to access travel options outside their front door. 

Sidney and North Saanich are close to the sea and by extension, the fast growing Blue Economy movement of start-ups and businesses that enjoy easy access to shoreline, local government and just a quick plane ride to Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle, San Francisco– many destinations are available as direct connection flights.
